  • If a customer wishes to cancel a service before work has begun, they will be refunded 100% of the payment.
  • If a customer wishes to cancel a service after work has begun, they will be refunded a proportional amount based on the work that has been completed.

Refund Request:

  • If a customer is not satisfied with the service provided to them, they should contact us immediately so we can address their concerns.
  • If we are unable to resolve the customer’s concerns, they will be refunded the full amount of the payment.

Refund Policy Terms:

  • Refunds will only be processed within 30 days from the date of purchase of the service.
  • Refunds will only be processed for services that have not been completed.
  • Refunds will not be processed for services that have been delivered to the customer.
  • Refunds will not be processed for services that have been suspended or canceled due to violations of the agency’s terms and conditions.
